A\u011f adapt\u00f6rleri, a\u011fa ba\u011flanmak i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 t\u00fcrlerde ba\u011flant\u0131 teknolojilerini destekleyebilirler. Bu teknolojilerden en yayg\u0131n olanlar\u0131 kablolu ve kablosuz ileti\u015fim y\u00f6ntemleridir. HBA, genellikle bir sunucunun veya depolama ayg\u0131t\u0131n\u0131n I\/O (Input\/Output) ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00f6netmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan bir adapt\u00f6rd\u00fcr ve bu cihazlar\u0131n anakart\u0131na tak\u0131l\u0131r. Yeni nesil sunucular ve depolama sistemleri genellikle PCIe aray\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc kullan\u0131r ve bu y\u00fczden HBA kart\u0131 sunucunun PCIe (PCI Express) yuvalar\u0131ndan birine tak\u0131l\u0131r fakat baz\u0131 sistemlerde standart PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) yuvalar\u0131na da tak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. HBA y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 veri iletimi i\u00e7in <a href=\"https:\/\/sfpturkiye.com\/blog\/fibre-channel-ve-fiber-ethernet-teknolojileri\/\">Fibre Channel<\/a> veya SAS (Serial Attached SCSI) gibi \u00f6zel depolama a\u011f protokollerini destekler. \u00d6rne\u011fin, bir Fibre Channel HBA, Fibre Channel depolama alan\u0131 a\u011flar\u0131na eri\u015fmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131labilir. \u0130SCSI (Internet Small Computer System Interface) HBA ise bir IP a\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerinden depolama cihazlar\u0131na eri\u015fmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131labilir. HBA&#8217; n\u0131n ana g\u00f6revi, bilgisayar\u0131n i\u015flemcisinden depolama ayg\u0131tlar\u0131na veri aktar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. Bu, bilgisayar\u0131n depolama ayg\u0131tlar\u0131na eri\u015fmesini ve veri okuma ve yazma i\u015flemlerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmesini m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lar. HBA, bilgisayar\u0131n depolama alan\u0131na y\u00fcksek performansl\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenilir bir \u015fekilde eri\u015fmesini sa\u011flar ve genellikle b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli veri merkezleri veya sunucu odalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131l\u0131r. HBA&#8217; lar, depolama alan\u0131 a\u011f\u0131 (<a href=\"https:\/\/sfpturkiye.com\/blog\/san-topolojisi-ve-fibre-channel\/\">Storage Area Network- SAN<\/a>) altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir bile\u015fenidir ve genellikle yedekli ba\u011flant\u0131lar ve hata d\u00fczeltme \u00f6zellikleri gibi ek \u00f6zelliklerle birlikte gelir. Bu \u00f6zellikler, y\u00fcksek kullan\u0131labilirlik ve g\u00fcvenilirlik sa\u011flar ve veri merkezi ortamlar\u0131nda kritik \u00f6neme sahiptir. HBA&#8217; lar, depolama ayg\u0131tlar\u0131na y\u00fcksek h\u0131z ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gecikmeyle eri\u015fim sa\u011flayarak performans\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131r ve veri iletimini optimize eder. 1, 2, 4, 8, 10, 16, 20 ve 32G gibi farkl\u0131 bant geni\u015fliklerine sahip HBA\u2019 lar bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu kartlar, bilgisayar\u0131n anakart\u0131na veya PCI\/PCIe yuvalar\u0131na tak\u0131larak entegre edilir ve a\u011fa kablosuz veya kablolu olarak ba\u011flanmay\u0131 sa\u011flar. NIC&#8217; lerin, genellikle ethernet kablosu veya Wi-Fi ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 gibi farkl\u0131 a\u011f teknolojilerini destekleme yetene\u011fi vard\u0131r. Bu sayede bilgisayarlar, sunucular, y\u00f6nlendiriciler ve di\u011fer a\u011f cihazlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda veri al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fi yap\u0131labilir ve ileti\u015fim kurulabilir. NIC&#8217; ler, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bilgisayar a\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n temel bile\u015fenlerinden biri olarak kabul edilir ve internete eri\u015fim ve yerel a\u011f ileti\u015fimi i\u00e7in gereklidir. Bak\u0131r tarafta 1G,10G fiber tarafta ise 1G, 10G, 25G, 40G ve 100G gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli bant geni\u015fliklerine sahip portlar\u0131 bulunan NIC \u00e7e\u015fitleri bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu kartlar, genellikle sunuculara tak\u0131l\u0131r ve hem a\u011f trafi\u011fini (Ethernet) hem de depolama trafi\u011fini (genellikle Fibre Channel over Ethernet- FCoE veya iSCSI) destekler. CNA kartlar\u0131, geleneksel NIC (Network Interface Card) ve HBA (Host Bus Adapter) i\u015flevlerini tek bir cihazda birle\u015ftirerek karma\u015f\u0131k yap\u0131lar\u0131 basitle\u015ftirir ve maliyeti azalt\u0131r.
